Account Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your EnsureX Academy account and associated data using the options below.

How to request deletion

1. In-app: go to "Account Settings" → "Delete Account".
2. Web request: send an email to support.

What happens next

• We process requests after identity verification.
• After deletion, learning progress and account profile cannot be recovered.
• Some transaction or audit records may be retained for legal compliance periods.
